In a two-inch-deep baking pan, combine Nick’s Original Coney Island Hot Dog Sauce®, enchilada sauce (Old El Paso ® Hot Enchilada Sauce is an excellent choice) in large rolled flour tortillas, leaving ½ to ¾ cups of enchilada sauce aside to top stuffed tortillas. (NOTE: when using Nick’s Original Coney Island Hot Dog Sauce® as a filler for enchiladas and tacos, slightly reduce the amount of water used to make the sauce.) Top stuffed tortillas with extra enchilada sauce and add a generous portion of shredded Colby-Jack cheese. Cook for thirty minutes at 350 degrees.
Over a hamburger.
Make an open-face Coney Island hamburger with Nick’s Original Coney Island Hot Dog Sauce®. Place hamburger patty on warm, toasted bun and add ½ cup of Nick’s sauce. Top with mustard and chopped onion.
A meatless alternative.
Try a low-calorie, low-fat meatless version of Nick’s Original Coney Island Hot Dog Sauce®. Make the sauce with textured vegetable protein (TVP) in place of hamburger.
